Acceptance of Termsقبول الشروط

By accessing or using the Technzone website at technzone.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

بالوصول إلى موقع تكنزون على technzone.com ("الموقع") أو استخدامه، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط") وسياسة الخصوصية وسياسة ملفات تعريف الارتباط. إذا كنت لا توافق، يرجى عدم استخدام الموقع.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

تنطبق هذه الشروط على جميع الزوار والمستخدمين وأي شخص يصل إلى الموقع أو يستخدمه. باستخدام الموقع، فإنك تؤكد أنك تبلغ من العمر 18 عاماً على الأقل ولديك الأهلية القانونية للموافقة على هذه الشروط.

Technzone provides technology services including custom software development, AI solutions, managed IT services, and digital transformation consulting. The Site serves as a marketing and information platform; it does not constitute an offer to provide professional services.

تقدم تكنزون خدمات تكنولوجية تشمل تطوير البرمجيات المخصصة وحلول الذكاء الاصطناعي وخدمات تقنية المعلومات المُدارة واستشارات التحول الرقمي. يعمل الموقع كمنصة تسويقية وإعلامية؛ ولا يُعدّ عرضاً لتقديم خدمات مهنية.

When you engage Technzone for services, those engagements will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and Technzone. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and such an agreement, the agreement shall prevail.

عند تعاقدك مع تكنزون للحصول على خدمات، تخضع تلك الخدمات لاتفاقية مكتوبة منفصلة بينك وبين تكنزون. في حال أي تعارض بين هذه الشروط وتلك الاتفاقية، تسود الاتفاقية.

Permitted Useالاستخدام المسموح

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

يجوز لك استخدام الموقع لأغراض مشروعة فقط. أنت توافق على عدم:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site

• محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أي جزء من الموقع أو أنظمته المرتبطة
• التدخل في سلامة أو أداء الموقع أو تعطيله
• استخراج أو جمع البيانات من الموقع بوسائل آلية دون موافقتنا المسبقة الخطية
• انتحال شخصية أي شخص أو كيان أو تحريف انتمائك إليه
• الانخراط في أي سلوك قد يضر أو يعطل أو يُضعف الموقع أو سمعة تكنزون

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

نحتفظ بالحق في إنهاء أو تقييد وصولك إلى الموقع في أي وقت، دون إشعار، لأي سلوك نعتقد أنه ينتهك هذه الشروط.

Intellectual Propertyالملكية الفكرية

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design — is owned by or licensed to Technzone and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

In no event shall Technzone's total liability to you for all claims arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site exceed the greater of SAR 500 or the amount you have paid to Technzone in the three months preceding the claim.

لن تتجاوز المسؤولية الإجمالية لتكنزون تجاهك عن جميع المطالبات الناشئة عن هذه الشروط أو استخدامك للموقع 500 ريال سعودي أو المبلغ الذي دفعته لتكنزون في الثلاثة أشهر السابقة للمطالبة، أيهما أكبر.

Indemnificationالتعويض

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Technzone and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

أنت توافق على الدفاع عن تكنزون وشركاتها التابعة ومسؤوليها ومديريها وموظفيها ووكلائها وتعويضهم وحمايتهم من أي مطالبات ومسؤوليات وأضرار وخسائر ونفقات (بما فيها الرسوم القانونية المعقولة) الناشئة عن أو المرتبطة بأي شكل من الأشكال بـ:

• Your access to or use of the Site
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Any content you submit through the Site

• وصولك إلى الموقع أو استخدامك له
• انتهاكك لهذه الشروط
• انتهاكك لحقوق أي طرف ثالث
• أي محتوى تقدمه عبر الموقع

Governing Law & Jurisdictionالقانون الحاكم والاختصاص القضائي

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية وتُفسَّر وفقاً لها. أي نزاعات تنشأ عن هذه الشروط أو تتعلق باستخدامك للموقع تخضع للاختصاص القضائي الحصري للمحاكم المختصة في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

إذا تبيّن أن أي حكم من أحكام هذه الشروط غير قابل للتطبيق، تظل الأحكام المتبقية سارية المفعول بالكامل.
